How long will delivery take?

We would like to stress that we are currently working with limited stock and all our footwear is made by hand in our Northampton factory. We aim to be as quick as possible however to maintain our high quality we need to make the shoes from scratch and this process can take upto 5 weeks.

We will keep in touch with you throughout the process and keep you updated with how your footwear is coming along.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

We use industry standard encryption for purchases through our globally trusted third party PayPal.  This adds another layer of security and accountability so you can buy in confidence. We do not store or process card data, the transaction is transparent to Percy and our payment platform.

What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

We’ve done our best to keep the delivery costs as low as possible

Instead of absorbing the cost of delivery into the retail price of our footwear, we wanted to be upfront and charge what we think our footwear is worth and keep the delivery costs separate

Your Percy Stride order will be delivered via Royal Mail, UK Mail or UPS depending on the destination. Our Standard Delivery option is a 48hours tracked service.Standard delivery to UK – £5.50 (1-2 days, tracked service).

Thereafter, a charge of £2 for every additional pair will be charged.
Our UK services cover the Highlands and Islands, Scilly Isles and the Isle of Man.

What exactly happens after ordering?

Once you place your Percy Stride order you will receive an e-mail which confirms your purchase.

We will contact you throughout the process of your order letting you know how your hand made footwear is coming along and when you can expect to receive your product.

We never like to disappoint our clients, however if there is a discrepancy with your order we will contact your directly and immediately to rectify any issue.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We use PayPal to run our checkout as it is the most secure banking method. We can accept both credit and debit payments and you are also welcome to pay via your paypal account should you have one.
