Refurbishment and Customization
At Percy Stride it is essential to us, that you feel you are getting best possible service available and with our quality handmade footwear we expect you to get up to 20 years of life from our shoes.
We appreciate that every man has a different gait and therefore a different wear pattern to their shoes. As we role our feet our soles and heels are expected to wear down in certain places. We have tried our best to prevent this by adding a rubber shard to the heel of our footwear, which should prevent any heavy striking as well as quick wear down.
When the time comes we offer a full rebuilding service to our clients. We will happily organise for your pair of our handmade Oxfords to be resoled and re-heeled with our bespoke sole stamp. The leathers will be lifted, buffed and polished by our experts Kings of Somerset. The shoes will then be returned to you good as new and without any fuss.

Full re craft
Full re-crafting service of Goodyear Welted footwear.
By purchasing this service you will be entitled to a full re-craft of your shoes including: Leather rebuilding inclusive of shine and polish. A full re-sole and re-heel of your Percy Stride handmade footwear.
Once purchased a postage label will be sent to you via e-mail so you may send your shoes off for repair as soon as you are able.
