DELIVERY & RETURNS
We provide Free Delivery within the UK on orders via DHL Next Day Delivery or Royal Mail tracked24 service for all orders over £20.
We expect to dispatch your delivery within 24-48 hours of receiving your order and an expectancy of arrival within 1-3 days.
Delivery to Europe
To make the process as simple as possible we state a flat rate of £10 delivery charge for all EU orders with a charge of £5 per additional pair.
We expect to dispatch your delivery within 24-48 hours of receiving your order and will ship to you via convenient courier or mail service (location dependent) with tracked service and expectancy of arrival within 5-7 days.
We have a flat rate of £20 delivery charge for all International orders with a charge of £5 per additional pair.
We expect to dispatch your delivery within 24-48 hours of receiving your order and will ship to you via convenient air mail service (location dependent) with tracked service and expectancy of arrival within 7-10 days.
We wish to provide an honest reliable service to all our clients, however, sometimes there are unforeseen circumstances that can not be avoided. Please note that should there be any issues prior to your order dispatch we will be in contact as promptly as possible. We obviously expect you to be pleased with your Percy Stride shoes, however, if for any reason you feel the need to return them we ask that you contact us directly to let us know any issues you may have faced with your purchase beforehand.
We operate a 30 day return policy from the date of purchase. To clarify this position, all items must be unworn and unmarked and sent back to us in the original undamaged shoe box.
We will action your return as soon as the product/s are returned to us and you will receive an email confirmation advising your return has been received and is being processed.
Please allow 3-5 working days for the funds to be issued into your original payment method. If you wish to cancel an order after it's been placed, please email us, and will endeavor to stop your order before it is dispatched but on occasions, this may not be possible and the return postage of a canceled order will be payable by the receiver.
Your refund will be processed within 48 hours. Canceled orders that have been processed and dispatched to the client cannot be refunded until the goods have been returned will be liable for shipping costs and these costs will be deducted from the refund due.
Should you wish for an exchange of product please state so via e-mail and as long as your shoes are returned in new condition and we have the stock to accommodate your new order we will happily send out of exchange pair within 48 hours of receiving your return.
Unless previously discussed return costs are to be covered by the client.
However, should you have paid for your purchase via Paypal your return costs can be reimbursed by simply activating "Paypal returns on us" and selecting the purchase you wish to return? Funds will then be issued back into the client's PayPal account.
All refunds will go back onto the original card used when a purchase was made. We are unable to refund postal charges.
We strongly recommend you obtain free proof of postage as we are responsible for your parcel only once it has been received. Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned.
